So this didnt turn out quite like I wanted but I do like the way it looks. Did a little experimenting with this. Ill just have to keep trying for that anime feel in my other pics. I failed the hair 
it was nicely celshaded then I messed with it and yea, gave up threw some colors together, i hate it. ;D
